“Yabitu Tome is the name of the Kebele (about the equivalent of a neighborhood) where this coffee comes from. Regionally, it's in the Guji Zone, but not far from Yirga Cheffe. The Tome station has a good source of water to process coffee from the Mormora River, which also acts as a border between Uraga and Hambela. This dry processed lot ("DP") was sorted to grade 1 standards, which involves quite a bit of hand labor to remove underripe coffee, and defective beans. The extra effort is evidenced in the cup as impressive cleanliness, especially considering the process method.” - Coffee Shrub
